Data we collect
Form data: name, email, phone, property town, distance and service area estimated from the town relative to Molfetta, property availability, timing, service budget, contact request and answers. We calculate straight-line distance using a local town directory without accessing the device’s location. We store the estimation method, campaign source and request outcomes. If you allow Meta measurement, we send a prequalified request event and a hashed email for matching; this is not anonymous data.
Purposes and legal basis
Form data is processed to respond to your request and take precontractual steps (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Google analytics and Meta advertising measurement are optional, separate and based on consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Declining does not prevent submission. Prequalification sorts requests; the studio personally verifies requirements. Contacts are not automatically subscribed to newsletters or advertising audiences.
Retention
Form data is kept for 24 months from the last contact, unless other legal obligations apply, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection (Art. 15-22 GDPR) and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Services and measurement
The website and CMS store your request. Resend handles studio notifications when configured. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel/Conversions API receive analytics and advertising measurement data when enabled and consented to. Consult Google (policies.google.com/privacy), Meta (facebook.com/privacy/policy) and Resend (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy). Cookie preferences allow you to withdraw consent for subsequent browser transmissions; contact the controller about previously transmitted or stored data.
